What are we looking for:
- HGV Level 3 City and Guilds or equivalent
- Leadership skills
- Clear vision in achieving business goals
- Excellent communication written and verbal
- Ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Good eye for detail in recognising opportunities to drive the succession of the Service business
- DAF knowledge an advantage
What will you be doing:
- Ensuring the Regional Service Departmental profit budget is exceeded
- MOT first time pass rates >98.00%
- Meet all or exceed manufacturer targets
- Proactively manage Regional Service provisions
- Deliver sustainable profitable growth
