Location: York
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 Hours
Salary: £45k - £50K

What will you be doing:
- Managing a team of Technicians, Service Receptionists and Service Advisors
- Ensuring the relationship between Service Reception and Workshop Control is developed and maintained
- Strengthening and developing long term customer relationships
- Develop opportunities to grow the service business
- Coach and develop the Service team
- Ensuring MOT pass rates are in line or exceed benchmarks
