Location: Penrith
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.30pm, Saturdays on a rota
Salary: £34668.40

What are we looking for:
- High level customer service skills
- Motor Trade experience desirable
- IT literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
- Motor trade experience an advantage
- Enthusiastic, team player, flexible
What will you be doing:
- Dealing with customer queries
- Manage Service/MOT bookings
- Liaising with the workshop/customers on the status of vehicles
