Job Introduction
Motus Commercials is the largest DAF Trucks Dealer Group in Europe and the largest Independent Commercial Vehicle Dealer Group in the UK and we are on the lookout for a Regional HR Manager. As our new HR Manager, you will join our friendly team based at our Avonmouth dealership covering the South West region which consists of our Avonmouth, Gloucester, Hereford, Frome and Swindon dealerships. The role will see you working:
Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, hours to be discussed at interview

As a Regional HR Manager at Motus Commercials based at Avonmouth we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- To promote company visions and values through all areas of the business
- Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the organisation.
- Support change management processes.
- Assist in the successful on-boarding process of new employees providing advice on recruitment and selection strategies.
- Support the maintenance of an accurate employee database.
- Provide expertise and support in all employee relations cases
- Compilation of monthly HR report and updates of regional organograms by the 3rd of every month.
- Timely management of long-term absence over 4 weeks, utilising occupational health where appropriate.
- Collate all payroll information for the region, check accuracy of data supplied and provide to the central payroll function for processing.
- Ensure all employees receive a PDR every 12 months from their direct line manager.
- Monitor the productivity of the apprentices and submit to the National Apprenticeship Manager monthly.
- To coach and mentor line managers to deal effectively with both conduct and capability issues
- To ensure training plans are implemented
- To drive a successful annual employee engagement and culture survey
