Job Introduction
Motus Commercials located in Gloucester is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Imprest Stock Controller to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
5 days per week Monday to Friday 8.00am - 17.00pm
Salary - £26500 - £27500
OTE - £100 per month based on KPI's

As a Parts Imprest Stock Controller at Motus Commercials in Gloucester we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
• Experience working with Commercial Vehicle parts
• Minimum 1 years’ experience
• Analytical/strategic thinking
• Display a high level of customer service
• IT Literacy
• Brilliant levels of communication written or verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
Main duties will be:
We require an experienced Parts Imprest Stock Controller who can provide a thorough service to our automotive customers ensuring their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible.
• Analysing and identifying sales trends/gaps to support sales processes
• Analyse parts usage and facilitate cleansing and additions to stock
• Providing regular customer portfolio analysis, identifying business opportunities and barriers and ways to inspire customer loyalty
• Notifying key account customers of the latest sale campaigns/products
• To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
• To understand and provide excellent customer service through various communication methods
• To become a Brilliant Team member within the Parts Department
