Job Introduction
Motus Commercials located in Halesowen is on the lookout for a dedicated Credit Controller to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working:
4 days per week 32 hours, 8.00am - 16.30pm start times flexible

As our Regional Credit Controller in Halesowen we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
• 12 Months previous credit control experience
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong Excel/data inputting skills
• A good understanding of general accounting functions, Invoices, Credits, payment advices
• IT literate
• Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
• Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
Main duties will be:
• To chase sales ledger accounts within deadlines and record communications
• To process and open new credit accounts following correct authorisations
• To instigate credit stop procedure and monitor accordingly
• To continually review customer accountability and update when required following correct authorisations
• To keep customer account records up to date
• Debt collection and query management
• To record and follow up on customer queries
• To run month end statements
• To keep regional accountant updated on customer account status’s
