Motus Commercials in Avonmouth is on the lookout for a dedicated Business Development Executive, you will join our friendly team at our Avonmouth dealership, covering the South West Region.
Hours - Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.30pm
Salary - £43k
Commission based role OTE £60k

As a Business Development Executive at Motus Commercials in Avonmouth we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
• People Management Skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• High Level of customer service skills
• Commercial acumen
• Knowledge of products and manufacturer systems
• An understanding of the demands of the role and the time and attention needed to produce impressive results.
• A methodical approach to work.
• An ability to perform well under pressure.
It would be advantageous if you had:
• DAF Product experience
• Knowledge of Kerridge systems
Main duties will be:
1. Drive workshop volumes across the region
2. New business prospects are identified, developed and managed to the customer’s, Company’s and Manufacturers expectations
3. Responsible for new and renewal service/R&M contracts, both Motus and Paccar
4. Customer service levels are achieved in line with expectations, providing regular feedback and support to all interested stakeholders
5. Responsibility for certain DAF KPI’s as communicated annually
6. To take responsibility for generating your own leads, producing sales and spend reports for management and manufacturers to ensure all parties are informed of potential, new and existing customers.
7. To chair quarterly business development meetings across the region
